Beginner Belly Dancing

Learn about the basics of belly dancing in a fun and supportive enviornment. You will learn a fun dance routine as well as some history and culteral background of the dance. No previous experience is required.

Belly Dancing is a fun and gentle exercise that ehances mobility, muscle tone, flexibility and body awareness. It helps release tension and can contribute to balance a stressful daily life.
